Need more support?

With a TeamVA™ PRO Account you are supplied with a geographic (0207, 0121) or a non-geographic (0870, 0845) number and a VoIP address for you to use on business stationery. All calls can be routed to your own phone or to TeamVA™, who can handle calls and record them in our secure online Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), so you have a live database of contacts and prospects.

We can post or e-mail brochures/catalogues and take orders in response to requests from your callers.

Getting too many sales calls?

Sign up for a TeamVA™ TRANSFER Account and team members can answer all your incoming calls and transfer them to your landline or mobile phone (or to various departments of your business). If you're busy working on a project, calls can be diverted to us and only those calls from people on your list will be transferred through to you, other callers will be noted in the CRM, and details sent to you via e-mail.

If you're already using VoIP (not Skype) transferred calls to your VoIP number will be free of charge.


Losing track of your marketing campaigns?

If you send out mailshots or advertising campaigns, we can provide 0800 numbers on a monthly basis and enter response data into our CRM database for you to access. With a TeamVA™ RESPONSE Account you can keep an eye on your direct mail and marketing campaigns. Our RESPONSE team members can also provide additional support, such as sending out brochures if a caller requests, directing prospective clients to your website, etc.
